The Technical Software Services team (TSS) is an integral part of Arup’s global Digital Technology Group (DTG), responsible for delivering and supporting Information Technology across the firm. TSS is a global team of technical specialists in engineering design tools and platforms, primarily in the Transport, Buildings, Water, and Energy sectors. They work closely with global business leaders, skills leaders, service managers, as well as the wider BIM and Automation teams, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our technical software solutions.

- As a Systems Analyst within the TSS team, specializing in BIM delivery, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), and Common Data Environment (CDE) services, you will implement, support, and maintain infrastructure and applications vital for managing project documents, models, and data throughout their lifecycle, with ISO 19650 standards integral to project delivery.
- Your key responsibilities include maintaining and managing our core AEC engineering application portfolios from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and Trimble, focusing on their integration across disciplines and defined EDMS and CDE solutions.
- You will collaborate closely with engineers across the business to define needs and requirements, working as part of a global team of technology specialists to deliver solutions.
- Innovation is also a focus — working with vendors and technology providers to implement robust services that improve project delivery and align with business needs.
