About the Role
We are working with a leading pharmaceutical client seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to drive multi-channel campaigns and enhance digital presence. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about digital marketing in the pharma or life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO, social, website, email).
Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email nurture programmes.
Create engaging content and campaign assets; collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and subject matter experts.
Monitor campaign performance, deliver reports and actionable insights, and conduct competitor analysis.
Plan, prioritise, and manage projects, ensuring alignment with marketing timelines.
Support strategic initiatives, contribute ideas to drive brand growth, and work across geographies and time zones.
Experience & Competencies
2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing within Pharma, Life Sciences, or Professional Services.
Proven experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email campaigns, and analytics tools (GA4, Pardot / Marketing Cloud, Salesforce).
Skilled in SEO, content marketing, social media, and campaign optimisation.
Proficient with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and familiar with AI tools for content creation.
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English (other languages desirable).
