Role Overview

As AI Engineering Lead, you will architect our AI strategy for ClinicOS, transforming healthcare access through automation. You will collaborate with senior leadership to build scalable AI systems, automate workflows, and develop AI assistants to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This is a fully remote, full-time role requiring a high-velocity, impactful approach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead AI infrastructure, including model-agnostic platforms, robust testing, and reliable deployment systems.

Drive AI adoption in clinical workflows, automating manual processes and creating effective AI tools for healthcare providers.

Leverage AI for growth, enhancing conversion funnels, and integrating new AI tools like video generation and behavioral prediction.

Focus on data-driven experimentation, rapid MVP development, and continuous improvement based on KPIs.

Must Have

6+ years of relevant software engineering experience with a focus on AI / ML.

Proven experience building production applications with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and fine-tuning.

Strong programming skills in Typescript and / or Python.

Experience designing customer-facing APIs and building user interfaces with React or similar frameworks.

Leadership experience in engineering teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI / ML infrastructure, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.

Experience with large-scale data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS), and open source contributions.
