Junior Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team and help coordinate innovative science communication projects. 🔍 Your role :

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to support the delivery of science communication projects from start to finish. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they run on time and within budget.
• Assisting in the design of work plans and timelines.
• Participating in the creation of proposals and client presentations.
• Coordinating internal team activities (creative, content, design) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Taking part in meetings with clients to understand and track project needs.
• Contributing to the development of science communication strategies with guidance from senior team members.
