Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive store sales.
• Communicate consistently with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Facilitate customer feedback and product feedback to managers.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and welcome to clients as an Ralph Lauren ambassador.
• Represent the values and spirit of Ralph Lauren and demonstrate a customer-first culture.
• Use Ralph Lauren systems and procedures to improve selling efficiencies and build a solid customer base; maintain brand operational and visual standards; maintain the store.
