The Role

We are seeking a Polish-speaking lawyer (law degree required) to join our Marbella office and take the lead in supporting and growing our Polish client base.

This is a strategic position where you will represent Polish clients investing in Spain, help shape our Polish division, and play a key role in our international expansion. With full training and mentorship provided, it’s an excellent opportunity to build a career in real estate law within an ambitious and growing firm.

Responsibilities

Advise Polish clients on real estate transactions (residential, commercial, and land).

Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as their trusted legal partner.

Represent and grow the Polish division of the firm.

Learn and develop with the support of experienced partners and structured training.

Ideal Candidate

Law degree (Spain, Poland, or EU).

Native or fluent in Polish.

Fluent in both Spanish and English (must).

Interest in real estate law (previous experience is a plus, but not required).

Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to take responsibility and grow in an international practice.
