Search for a Professional to Manage Facilities We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager who will be responsible for the management of a maintenance contract with a focus on facilities management. This person will lead a team of technicians and manage a unit of business in the Maresme area.
The selected person will have experience as a service provider, leadership skills, capacity for conflict resolution, and a strong customer service spirit. They will guarantee the motivation, well-being, and efficiency of the technician team (approx. 12 people).
The main responsibilities will include : Supervising a comprehensive maintenance service, ensuring compliance with preventive planning and rapid corrective action.
Managing the financial aspects of the unit of business, ensuring the profitability of the contract.
Developing initiatives that add value to the client and generate a positive impact.
Ensuring compliance with quality, prevention, and environmental regulations.
Leading the P&L and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
We require more than three years of experience in managing maintenance contracts, technical training in engineering or CFGS, experience in leading teams, and leadership skills.
