Develop career discovery events such as Pathway Discovery Day, Alumni Panels, and other Career Discovery activities, ensuring alignment with employability goals.- Foster integration of Talent & Careers services within academic journey, which might include coordinating specific resources, fairs or certifications.Career Success & Student Journey- Support Education Director on career readiness by creating career booster maps to provide students with the guidelines needed to pursue step by step a career in specific strategic sectors, such as Finance or Consulting.- Align career milestones (e.G., internships, fairs, mentoring) with academic calendars to maximize engagement and outcomes.- Organize student participation in employer-related events and follow-up activities, ensuring strong links to career readiness.- Work with the Data Team to create initiatives to improve student experience and alignment between academic and market trends (e.G. : student score card, pathway dashboard, 12Twenty Campaign, etc.).- Work with T&C Heads of the Program to successfully design and implement above mentioned projects.Initiatives & Partnerships- Collaborate with the existing alumni mentorship program. Explore other initiatives and partnerships such us IE Professional Clubs Mentoring program, international fairs and competitions- Work with academic teams to make sure the message received by students when it comes to employability is consistent, and students’ career is a top priority to ensure alignment in messaging, support, and student experience.- Gather and analyze student feedback to drive continuous improvement in advising, events, and career programming.Qualifications : To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree required;Master’s degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred.- 3–5 years of experience in career services, higher education, employer relations, or program management.- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).- Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and propose structured improvements.- Proactive, student-centered mindset with experience in international and diverse environments.- FormaKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Effective coordination with Pathway Directors and program leadership.- Successful design and execution of career-integrated initiatives (events, certifications, mentoring).- Increased student satisfaction and engagement with career services.- Positive impact on employability outcomes and program rankings.Unleash your full potential and make an impact.
