Role Purpose & Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to design, develop, and maintain the advanced HR technology solutions that strengthen internal capabilities, reduce reliance on external partners, and enable faster, more responsive delivery of new HR innovations.
As part of the Solution Consulting Department within the Global HR Platform team, this role supports the company’s commitment to delivering HR excellence by providing holistic HRIS advisory services and implementing cutting-edge technologies that drive efficiency, innovation, and business value.
You will be directly responsible for :
Leading the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable solutions across Workday, SnapLogic, and integrated HR systems, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
Defining and maintaining strategic platform roadmaps while driving system enhancements, upgrades, automation initiatives, and AI / ML-driven use cases.
Building and managing custom applications, integrations, and APIs, ensuring performance optimization, compliance with security and data governance policies, and alignment with business needs.
Serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and fostering collaboration with architects, analysts, HR stakeholders, and global distributed teams.
Establishing and growing internal technical capabilities to reduce vendor reliance, promote development best practices, and advance analytics and innovation within the HR technology ecosystem.
Experience & Qualifications
Demonstrable experience of working with a large-scale HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).
Experience in application development, preferably with an HR system.
A professional background and hands-on experience with enterprise & solution architecture methodologies.
A deep understanding of how HRIS / ERP systems work and their impact when used to their full potential.
Exposure and expertise in JavaScript.
Strong understanding of HR data models , business processes, and security frameworks.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
