We are seeking a full-time Associate Director, Asset Management & Planning based in Madrid .
Responsibilities
Your role will include :
Strategic Oversight of Academic Documentation : Lead the planning, development, and validation of documentation for all academic programs, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Management and Collaborative Leadership : Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure curricular coherence, pedagogical quality, and adherence to timelines.
Institutional Training Design and Delivery : Develop and deliver training for faculty and staff on academic tools, enhancing teaching practices.
Intellectual Property Governance : Ensure compliance with copyright agreements in collaboration with legal and editorial teams.
Leadership of Strategic Projects : Drive initiatives like process digitalization, academic innovation, and student experience enhancement.
Content Acquisition Strategy :
Develop strategies for purchasing academic content.
Evaluate departmental needs to align content with academic goals.
Vendor and Licensing Management :
Negotiate contracts and licenses with content providers.
Maintain relationships and ensure compliance.
Budget Oversight :
Manage content acquisition budget.
Track expenditures and optimize costs.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have :
University Degree
Advanced English skills
At least 3 years of experience in process / operations roles
Ability to develop and implement goals
Strong organizational skills
Resource management and prioritization abilities
Excellent communication skills
Team player attitude
Hands-on approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
