Deployment Specialist

We are looking for a Deployment Specialist who will work with the Deployment Manager & Regional DM in Spain and with Regional DM in LatAm on the local business implementation of deal renewal and new business, coordinating all relevant functions to ensure successful new business launches and evolutions.

Drive implementation of deals in Spain and LatAm, with supervision and support from Deployment Manager or Regional DM.

Ensure the successful (on-time and accurate) deployment of the business.

Support Sales teams in Spain for pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities Participate in process design for operational implementation and complete necessary tasks to secure launch and ramp-up of operations.

Develop knowledge specific to country regulations, tax, legal entities, processes, and controls to support deployment.

Verify that key functional requirements and launch documentation are completed correctly and signed off by all functions.

Liaise with Product Configuration team on setup and amendments of schemes, ensuring specifications are correct and tested before delivery.

Coordinate with IT on requests related to product development and enhancements.

Monitor KPIs such as Time to Market, Cost of Operation, Quality of Service, and satisfaction levels.

Participate with clients and teams to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met and signed off.

Review documents and obtain sign-off from clients and internal functions.

Participate in client meetings when required.

Your Profile Education & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.

Minimum 3 years of project / program management experience, preferably in managing large / international projects.

Experience leading or influencing cross-functional activities.

Experience in the insurance / healthcare sector and understanding of its innovation opportunities.

Skills in process mapping, documentation, risk assessment, etc.

Digital and IT skills, knowledge of secure file transfer channels an asset.

Languages : Advanced English and Spanish (Fluent mandatory).

Critical thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication and presentation skills.
