- Serve as a vital communication link between senior leadership and employees, promoting transparency and open dialogue
- Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders such as investors, regulators, and partners
- Cultivate learning programs that promote continuous skill-building and professional growth
- Establish the company as a leading employer in the clean energy industry through strategic HR efforts
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring HR efforts support business execution and drive growth
- Promote collaboration across departments (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Legal) to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Help develop internal systems that support growth and organizational agility
- Deliver regular updates and strategic HR insights to the Board of Directors
Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, People, Organization development in a dynamic investment environmentExperience in strategic talent empowerment, organization structure design, leadership, HR planning, change management, and corporate governanceIn-depth knowledge of labor laws and remuneration policies
