Senior Investment Professional

Descripción del trabajoWe maintain strong relationships with national and international fund managers. We identify trends and potential new investment opportunities. We analyze and monitor trends across different markets. We build financial models. We analyze and prepare documentation on proposed investments and prepare presentations for the Board and Investment Committees. We participate in due diligence processes across various investment strategies, including Buyouts, Growth, Secondaries, Real Estate, and Infrastructure. We engage in the negotiation of contractual documents, supporting the legal team with fund subscription agreements. We support and coordinate transaction closures, from initial meetings with fund managers to fund subscription. We monitor the performance of existing investments. We participate in the development of new vehicles and strategies. We prepare internal and external presentations to showcase investment opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance / Engineering / Mathematics. MBA or CFA III is valued. Previous experience in product selection departments for an international bank or asset management firm. Professional experience +8 years, international experience is valued. Key Objectives
- We identify opportunities in national and international funds and lead all stages of the investment process : screening, analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
- We have knowledge of strategies such as Buyouts, Growth, Secondaries, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.
- We develop investment plans and negotiate distribution agreements with private equity funds.
