Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiations, and closing.
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence processes across new investment opportunities.
• Conduct industry and market analysis to support investment theses.
• Actively engage with portfolio companies, supporting strategic initiatives and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to the development of investment strategy and pipeline origination in coordination with senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the investment team.
