Business Development Executive
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with regional sales partners and distributors, driving business growth, and promoting our solutions in the Spanish market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Northern Spain.
- Onboard new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
- Organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for partners.
- Define and drive business plans with partners, monitoring their growth and ensuring strategic development.
- Participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to achieve business targets in Northern Spain.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams internally and represent the company professionally externally.
Your Profile
You have solid IT knowledge gained through academic background or equivalent qualification, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued.Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Spain and ability to develop partners strategically and economically.Excellent communication skills, interacting confidently and professionally with partners and customers.Will to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting and promoting our solutions during customer meetings, partner sessions, and negotiations.Winning personality and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.Excellent knowledge in Spanish and at least B2 level of English, both spoken and written.Driven by your own achievements and pursue quarterly goals with passion and accountability.Highly organized and know how to prioritize tasks to support the growth and success of our organization.Benefits
