As a Strategic Customer Growth Lead , you will be the cornerstone of our customers\' journey, guiding them from initial implementation through achieving their strategic objectives and maximizing the value of their HealthCast solutions. You will blend expert project management with a keen focus on customer success, ensuring seamless adoption, driving measurable outcomes, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will report to the HealthCast Western Europe Leader and will be responsible for the project\'s success from the customer\'s perspective.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :
Manage relationships with assigned clients, driving product adoption, ensuring retention, and facilitating renewals.
Develop Customer Success Plans to help customers achieve their goals.
