The role

Re7 is searching for an Investment Analyst to work directly with the Opportunities Fund leadership team. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of web3 innovation and have a direct impact on portfolio decisions and strategy. It provides a clear path for growth, with opportunities to advance into a Junior Portfolio Manager role over time.

Your responsibilities will include scouting deals, diligencing opportunities, developing investment ideas, building financial models, assessing market sizes, and creating products for strategic investment theses, among other tasks. If you are passionate about crypto and actively engaged with web3 apps, this role is ideal for you.

Key responsibilities include :

• Interacting with DeFi, DePIN, and Infrastructure platforms; scouting new projects on CT and Discord
• Researching platforms, documenting findings, constructing financial models, and presenting investment recommendations
• Creating market intelligence reports and sector research
• Tracking market events to inform portfolio positioning and risk management
• Engaging with crypto communities for due diligence and feedback
• Supporting portfolio managers in strategy development and rebalancing
