Support & Maintenance Service Manager

The role :

We’re looking for a Support & Maintenance Service Manager to join our team!

Your key responsibilities :

Launch, monitoring and completion of the service or project.

Definition of service or project objectives.

Organise the execution of the service or project.

Management of human resources associated with the service or project.

Methodological management.

Financial management – Responsible for invoicing.

Risk management.

Capacity management.

Direct relationship with the client and presentation of results.

Ensuring the quality of the work.

Ensuring that the results of continuous improvement processes are aligned with the lines of work and strategies set out in the support and maintenance services.

Ensuring compliance with deadlines, margins and customer satisfaction for services or projects.

Liaising with other departments involved in the life of the services or projects.

Your skills and experience :

Knowledge of ITIL, SCRUM, PMP or similar methodologies.

Experience in Control Systems projects (SCADAs, Automation and Control).

Experience in managing work teams.

Knowledge of industrial communication protocols.

Knowledge of renewable energy installations, especially PV and wind power.

Office package.

Economic and financial knowledge.

Accustomed to continuous contact with customers, incident resolution, etc.
