Job Description
- Conduct comparative analyses between the current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) states of processes, systems, or organizational structures to identify improvements, inefficiencies, gaps, and transformation needs.
- Assess the current state by engaging stakeholders to understand existing processes, workflows, roles, and tools.
- Document current processes in detail, highlighting pain points and redundancies.
- Design future state processes aligned with business goals, incorporating technological, organizational, and methodological enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate designs and ensure strategic alignment.
- Perform gap analysis to identify necessary changes across technology, people, processes, and regulations.
- Develop implementation plans supporting business transformation initiatives.
- Create process documentation, including diagrams like BPMN, SIPOC, and flowcharts.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management and teams.
- Support delivery teams by translating business needs into technical requirements and facilitate knowledge
