Overview

A leading security company is looking for a Technical Product Owner who will focus on optimizing key operational processes, including TOA, ticketing, and low-code case management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap : Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
• Backlog Management : Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the delivery of high-value features.
• User Stories : Convert high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with business units, tech teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Sprint & Release Planning : Oversee sprint planning and ensure smooth product releases with minimal disruption.
• Low-Code Solutions : Lead the development of low-code solutions to enhance operational efficiency and case management.
• Agile Practices : Collaborate with the Scrum Master to maintain agile best practices and effective requirements management.
• Global Integration : Support international teams (Europe & South America) in the global technical integration of solutions.
• Quality Assurance : Work closely with teams to define and meet acceptance criteria, ensuring high-quality standards.
