About the Role
A leading medical & pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth in their medical packaging business. This role requires a hunter who will focus on winning business, growing existing accounts and sharing value on the market. They will further develop new strategic accounts in a highly quality-driven, innovation-led sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic accounts in the pharmaceutical packaging sector.
- Develop pipeline and acquire new customers, focusing on high-quality, compliant packaging solutions.
- Increase share of wallet with existing clients through consultative selling and account planning.
- Collaborate with converters and medical / pharma partners to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
- Lead customer engagements, manage sales funnel, and forecast revenue.
- Represent the company in industry events and maintain strong market presence.
Requirements
8+ years in sales / account management within pharmaceutical or medical packaging.Proven success in growing accounts and leading sales initiatives.Strong network within pharma packaging and converting industry.Business or technical degree; strong commercial and cognitive skills.Fluent in English, Spanish / French / German idealExperience with CRM tools (Salesforce), SAP, and MS Office.Hunter mentality with a growth mindset and leadership potential.
