We are looking for an experienced and proactiveHR Generalistto provide day-to-day operational HR support in Spain and contribute to Talent Management initiatives across the EMEA region. This role combines hands-on HR operations with strategic involvement in talent processes, diversity & inclusion, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily HR support to employees and managers in Spain and across EMEA.
• Maintain and manage employee records and documentation inSAP.
• Administertime tracking systems(e.g., Woffu) andemployee benefits.
• Supportonboarding,training coordination, andHR reporting.
• Ensure compliance withSpanish labor legislationand internal HR policies.
• Drive theTalent Managementprocess, including succession planning, development, and performance.
• Promote the use of HR systems and data for decision-making and process improvement.
• Coordinate theDiversity & InclusionandEquality Plans.
• Managetraining programsandFundaesubsidies.
