Product Owner – Webshop Analytics

Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead a Webshop Analytics team. You will be responsible for defining and executing the digital analytics strategy, ensuring effective data collection and usage to drive decision-making and innovation in digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Continuous Improvement : Lead the execution of the analytics strategy and propose ongoing improvements to data collection and analysis capabilities.
End-to-End Management : Own the entire lifecycle of analytics tracking, from event definition to implementation and validation.
Event Definition : Design and maintain the taxonomy and structure for user behavior events across all digital touchpoints (Web & App), ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
Dashboards & Reporting : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a comprehensive view of channel performance, feature adoption, and user behavior. Deliver strategic insights to support decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between business, analytics, and technology teams, ensuring alignment and agility. Translate business needs into actionable tracking specifications.
Documentation & Governance : Ensure best practices in documentation and data governance for data collection and usage.
Data-Driven Innovation : Identify opportunities to improve tracking and propose innovative, data-driven initiatives to enhance customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
Roadmap & User Stories : Contribute to the creation of the team’s roadmap and translate features into well-defined user stories.
Your Profile
At least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile environments, or as a Business Analyst with a structured mindset and a desire to transition into Product Ownership.
Previous experience with digital analytics products (reporting, data visualization), preferably in eCommerce or digital environments.
Ability to manage complex data sets and turn them into actionable insights.
Hands-on experience as an analyst and / or in implementing tracking and data collection.
Knowledge of data governance, structure, and best documentation practices.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business teams, analysts, and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., GTM, Tealium) or server-to-server tracking is a plus.
Fluent in English.
