We’re looking for a Junior Country HR Business Partner to join our international HR team and become the go-to person for everything people-related in our Valencia and Madrid offices. This is a unique chance to step into a role where you’ll combine hands-on HR operations with true business partnering - shaping culture, supporting managers, and making sure our employees feel empowered and engaged every day.

What You’ll Do

Business Partnership Development (~30 % of role)

• Manager Support : Provide first-line guidance to team leaders and managers on basic HR matters and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Relationship Building : Create and maintain authentic connections with internal clients across different business units
• Proactive Support : Identify emerging HR needs within business units and flag potential issues early
• Policy Communication : Confidently represent and explain HR policies and decisions in clear, accessible language

Employee Relations & Communication (~30 % of role)

HR Administration & Operations (~40% of role)
