Job Responsibilities Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely salary payments in compliance with local regulations.

Maintain employee records and manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, contract management, attendance, and termination procedures.

Ensure HR practices comply with Spanish labor laws and relevant regulations; provide support for audits or inspections.

Coordinate with external HR vendors (e.g., payroll, insurance, and benefits providers) to ensure service quality.

Support HR-related reporting and documentation for both local and headquarters needs.

Assist with general office administration tasks as required (e.g., vendor coordination, basic office management).

Job Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.

2–4 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or related roles.

Solid knowledge of Spanish labor laws and payroll procedures; experience with HRIS / ERP systems preferred.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Prior experience in multinational companies or fast-growing businesses is a plus.
