We are looking for a Lead Developer based in Madrid to join our international team and take technical ownership of the LionsHome development team. You will be the most senior developer in the team and will play a pivotal role not only in the design and development of our software solutions but also in mentoring, leading, and empowering a small but growing team of developers.
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality technical execution, fostering a strong engineering culture, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team. While this is a hands-on development role, you will also be expected to take an active role in people management and communication across the organization.
Your day-to-day work will include close collaboration with cross-functional areas such as SEO, SysOps, and UX. You’ll participate in architectural decisions, refine our Agile practices, drive technical excellence, and contribute to a culture of open feedback and mutual learning.
Frequent travel to Berlin is expected, where you’ll work closely with your remote team and the CTO to align on priorities, plan new initiatives, and strengthen team dynamics.
We believe in real Agile (not just the buzzword), in pair and mob programming, and continuous improvement through shared knowledge and constructive dialogue.
