Desay SV is growing in Europe! We’re looking for an

Import & Export Specialist

to join our team in Linares. This role will be key to ensuring smooth operations across

customs clearance, transportation, and warehouse management

in our smart factory environment.

What You’ll Do

Customs Management 60%

Ensure on-time clearance for raw materials and finished goods.

Keep updated with EU and Spanish customs regulations (AEO, CE, CBAM, T&C Trader).

Prepare and validate all import / export documentation.

Transportation 15%

Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery across the EU.

Work with logistics providers to resolve transport incidents and improve performance.

Verify transport billing and file related documentation.

Warehouse Operations 15%

Oversee safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse processes.

Double-check inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring SOP compliance.

Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Reporting & Compliance 10%

Issue monthly KPI reports.

Maintain proper filing of customs and transport records.

Support audits and certifications (e.g. AEO).

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience

in logistics, customs, and warehouse operations (automotive or industrial sector preferred).

Knowledge of

EU and Spanish customs regulations

, including AEO, CE, CBAM.

Experience working with logistics providers and government authorities.

Strong skills in SAP and MS Office tools.

Languages :

Spanish (fluent), English (professional working level)

Excellent

organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work in

multicultural environments

; prior experience in a Chinese company is a plus.
