Overview Big Data Expert

We are seeking a skilled Big Data Developer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data processing systems.

Responsibilities Participate in the full software lifecycle : analysis, design, development, testing, and production

Collaborate with users to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions

Optimize and analyze code (threat modeling, SAST, Sonar)

Work in Agile teams to deliver high-impact projects

Support incidents and perform unit, integration, and regression tests

Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Big Data Developer

Strong backend development skills in Java

Experience with ETL processes

Solid knowledge of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with Big Data tools

GitHub experience

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Organized, autonomous, and collaborative mindset

Bonus : experience with microservices (Spring Boot), Kafka, Flink, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
