Job DescriptionAs a Real Estate Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the valuation of real estate assets of different typology, including land, residential, offices, and warehouses. Your analytical skills and knowledge of various valuation methods will enable you to determine market value, expected rental value, and assumptions about market liquidity.You will also support the head of valuations in establishing relationships with investors, defining valuation strategies, and setting deadlines using available methods.
