Job Summary :
The EU Service Operations Director will oversee service management in the B2B market, covering Europe. Responsibilities include developing and implementing service strategies, optimizing processes, and enhancing offline service quality (NPS & TAT).
This role involves overseeing new store openings, construction progress, asset security, and implementation of visibility solutions. The ideal candidate will gain insights into local user needs, implement offline solutions, and support customized solutions for specific regions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include monitoring key offline performance indicators, managing budgets, and assisting agents with business analysis and improvement.
