Strategic Private Equity Professional

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to spearhead our Private Equity activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for :

• Executing end-to-end transactions, including deal structuring, negotiations, and closure.
• Overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes for new investment opportunities.
• Conducting industry and market analysis to support investment theses.
• Engaging with portfolio companies, driving strategic initiatives and performance monitoring.
• Contributing to investment strategy development and pipeline origination in coordination with senior leadership.
• Mentoring junior team members.
