About the role : This position is for the Senior Product Manager role on the Equity and Extras team, which covers Deel’s equity offering and several add-on products (e.g., work spaces, consulting, health insurance and more). This is an opportunity to help scale a high-growth, fast-paced business redefining access to work around the world.

Responsibilities

• Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility
• Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines
• Leveraging core product management skills to drive progress through the full product development lifecycle
• Collaborating with a team of product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver results
• Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
