Role Summary An exciting opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies as a User Experience Researcher focusing on our Spanish market.
In this pivotal role, you will help shape our user experience strategy, ensuring engaging and seamless interactions across all channels.
You will work in close collaboration with our Product, Design, and other key team members to develop a user experience that is both impactful and engaging, ensuring it aligns with the needs and expectations of our users.
Key Responsibilities Handle creative assets, building and testing user engagement tours, popups, and tooltips across the platform.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and UX teams to plan, build, and deploy solutions.
Report on usage data based on user engagement metrics.
Work on research projects directly with clients and customers.
Maintain a customer research repository, create action plans, and identify opportunities.
Conduct research on our users (quantitative, qualitative, market research, ethnographic studies).
Identify and evaluate research topics.
Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
Present research results to different audiences.
Create user stories for users.
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research.
Proven ability to communicate research results quickly and effectively.
Skilled in the full research cycle, including planning, execution, evaluation, and iteration.
Strong collaborator with stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner in product decisions.
Experience with remote usability testing tools.
Proficiency in Figma.
Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience working on B2B SaaS products.
Desired knowledge Design tools : Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite
Development : HTML, CSS and Chrome DevTools.
Data : Google Analytics, MS Excel, Power BI, Hotjar
