What you will do :
As a Digital Product Manager for Digital Payments & Fiduciary, you will focus on scaling our digital platform for customer payments, as well as managing integrations with enterprise accounting & fiduciary systems. Our Digital Payments platform has experienced considerable growth in recent years, and requires a hands-on and strategically-minded Product Manager to drive scale. You will be responsible for analyzing data inputs to inform new capabilities, curating opportunities to innovate customer experience and improve business conversion, and ensure platform integrity and reliability across internal accounting and billing systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, UI designers, and cross-functional teams to ship high-quality, user-centric products.
A Typical Day :
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively to :
- Identify a funnel of quantitative and qualitative inputs to curate opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Contribute to the product vision and roadmaps for enhancing the customer and agent-focused experiences around payments, accounts-receivable, and accounting.
- Develop high-level experience and process diagrams and wireframes to set requirements, guide stakeholder discussions, and brief UI design.
- Draft stories and business cases using qualitative and quantitative data
- Recommend and remotely lead research and discovery activities, inclusive of user research, data analysis, and competitive reviews.
- Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and set appropriate expectations.
- Work closely with data scientists, designers, engineers, finance, accounting, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams.
What you need to succeed :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study such as Product Management, Engineering, or Business (with a relevant concentration).3-5 years of experience in digital product managementPast experience with digital payments preferred.Familiarity with experience analytics tools, frameworks, and building business cases.Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.Strong consensus and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Outstanding communication skills across all mediums (presentations, stories, verbal).Super curious and proactive about investigating root causes and understanding business processes.Preferred but not required :
