Overview
We are seeking a skilled Integrated Release Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in orchestrating application deliveries across multiple systems and ensuring seamless integration into major software releases.
The successful candidate will set technical standards for applications, ensuring that teams adhere to quality benchmarks and execute deployments and releases efficiently.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on practices to build and maintain reliable deployment and release processes.
Our ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
They will develop and maintain comprehensive software lifecycle management processes.
Responsibilities include working closely with development, QA, operations, and program teams to ensure alignment and smooth transitions between stages.
The ideal candidate will identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with software releases and lifecycle processes.
They will implement and promote best practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI / CD), and DevOps.
Maintaining detailed documentation of release processes, lifecycle stages, and related procedures is also a key responsibility.
The successful candidate will act as liaison and facilitator between teams to coordinate the implementation of systems and releases from testing phases into the production environment.
They will ensure all software releases comply with regulatory and company standards.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to software releases and lifecycle management is also required.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will provide training and support to team members on release management and lifecycle processes.
Leaning SAFe principles to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software development and release processes is an important aspect of this role.
