In our EMEA division, we're looking for a visionary leader to guide our IT Integration Platform team. As the Integration Architect team leader, you will spearhead the planning, design, and architecture of our EMEA Integration platform. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between IT and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication of priorities and progress.

The role can be based in Aliaxis Spain, (Alicante or Madrid area), or in our IT-Hub, Wroclaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the integration expert across solutions in multiple functional domains (Sales / Mktg, SCM, Manufacturing, Finance…)
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to understand functional requirements and define technical design.
• Leverage the shared / enterprise integration platform and services to build integration solutions, interacting with in-country IT teams and internal business clients throughout the multiple phases of the project.
• Monitor Aliaxis integration platform and maintain an efficient technical environment with adherence to security standards.
• Promote adoption and implementation of integration best practices, and standard design principles and technology.
• Provide clear direction, guidance, and leadership to the team. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Provide a clear plan and multi-year roadmap.
