Business Development Representative - DACH
360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our DACH team. Your role will be to generate opportunities from 360Learning’s top priority accounts and own creating business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound lead qualification. You will leverage sales development techniques and tools to engage prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.
This role involves qualifying inbound and outbound leads, pitching the product, understanding customer pain points, and evangelizing collaborative learning in the market while presenting the 360Learning value proposition. You will work closely with coaching, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales, benefiting from onboarding and ongoing coaching opportunities.
Location : DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with collaboration across teams.
