🛠️ Key responsibilities include :
- Installation, service and support of the IGT electronic gaming machine product line
- Take the lead with organization and execution of installations and field service visits at IGTs casino customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues through identification to resolution both on site and remotely
- Create and enhance positive customer relationships
- Provide technical support on internal projects
- Provide technical support to other team members and colleagues throughout IGT
- Flexibility to schedule work depending on schedule and priorities either at the IGT office in Barcelona, at home or directly with customer site visits
- Key market responsibilities are Spain and Portugal. The potential exists for additional markets to be assigned.
📚 Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a goal orientated, proactive individual with competencies and attributes in the following areas :
Preferentially a minimum of 3 years technical experience in the casino industry is required.Knowledge and experience of IGTs product line is preferred.Knowledge and experience of Casino Management Systems is preferred.Field Service experience in a similar or comparable business.A relevant qualification in electrical, electronics, PC hardware, Telecommunications or similar.A good working knowledge of MS office tools, Excel, Word, Visio.Excellent organizational skills, a service minded team player that will fit in the informal but strong company culture.To fit within our team, you must have a responsible outlook, be comfortable taking initiative whilst retaining the team ethic and attitude to work within a dynamic and flexible organization.
