We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Care team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth service delivery, and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will combine strong problem‑solving skills with clear communication to troubleshoot and resolve queries, coordinate with internal teams, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
