Right now, we are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to join our team at Globant!

You will get the chance to :

Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.

Work with our leaders, aligning the strategies to the company hierarchy, the personnel infrastructure and the way Globers grow in the organization.

Coordinate the financial closing on a monthly basis in coordination with other finance teams.

Analyze financial indicators for the company with a full P&L responsibility.

Lead the financial reporting to the management team and other areas of the organization.

Lead the Annual Budget Process and the Monthly Forecasting for the Region.

Review achievement results comparing Actuals vs Budgets.

Improve internal processes and tools to automate manual work.

Advanced Office Package skills, especially Excel / Google Spreadsheets and PPT / Google Slides.

Being a graduate professional in fields of Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Microstrategy / PowerBI knowledge is a plus.

Excellent English skills (upper-intermediate / advanced).
