Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
Reach out to prospects through calls, email, and professional networks.
Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Work closely with internal teams to align on strategies and achieve shared business goals.
Qualifications
Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
2-5 years of proven success in B2B sales.
Proven experience within UK markets as a sales manager, or in a senior sales role.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and foster strong client relationships.
