Overview Position : Sales Manager

Location : Barcelona Spain (secondary location Amsterdam)

Employment type : Full-time

Work model : on site

Duties and Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.

Reach out to prospects through calls, email and professional networks.

Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions.

Build, manage and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Work closely with internal teams to align on strategies and achieve shared business goals.

Requirements Native / fluent in English (C1) with strong proficiency in both written and verbal.

25 years of proven success in B2B sales.

Must have proven experience within UK markets as sales manager or in a senior sales role.

Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

Experience working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Ability to establish rapport, build trust and foster strong client relationships.

Base depending on experience : 1-2 years ; Activity bonus p / m (OTE with commission)
