Energy Sustainability Assistant

About Renewable Energy Internship We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team in the Digital Center department. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the future of renewable energy while developing your skills and expertise.

Job Description Administrative Support : Provide basic support within the IT department, including payments processing and invoices registration, as well as assisting with the on-boarding / off-boarding of employees.

Procurement Management : Manage procurement submissions and gather approvals for different processes.

IT Asset Management : Assist with IT assets and inventory management, hardware / software support, repairs / warranties management, and provide first level Service Desk support on technical incidents to the rest of employees.

User Support : Support users on company platforms, including Microsoft Office 365, ERP-system (SAGE & SAP), PC, LAN and WAN.

Required Skills and Qualifications Studying a University Bachelor\'s degree or FP in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

Proficient in Spanish (C1-C2 level).

Proficient in Chinese (C1-C2 level).

Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
