Director of Financial Operations

Overview Our team is seeking an Associate Director Finance Europe to join our global organization. This exciting role will be responsible for all financial affairs of the company under their region, working closely with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities Key responsibilities include :

Partnering with the Regional Financial Director (RFD) and Regional General Manager (RGM) to drive profitability and growth in the region.

Building and growing a strong finance team with a focus on finance discipline, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.

Ensuring integrity of financial numbers and records in the Europe region, as well as compliance with local taxation and audited accounts.

Collaborating with the Head Office Global Procurement team to leverage procurement capabilities and cost management.
