Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Assist clients in navigating products and services, ensuring an outstanding user experience
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to management for resolution
Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction
Requirements Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges
Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture
