Key Responsibilities

Dive deep into party reference data to identify and resolve quality issues, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.

Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate, cleanse, and maintain data effectively.

Develop and implement best practices for data quality control in partnership with the product owner.

Provide actionable insights from complex data sets to support strategic decisions.

Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding internal stakeholders on data-related matters and ensuring compliance with policies.

Partner with Product Owner and IT teams to enhance data management processes.

Uphold Chubb's ethical standards and guidelines in all activities.

Pursue continuous education to enhance technical skills and maintain professional credentials.

Train and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For :

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of party reference data concepts and interdependencies.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex data issues efficiently.

Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Proven experience in data quality management, profiling, and cleansing.

Familiarity with industry standards related to party reference data.

Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

A customer-centric approach with high ethical standards.

Experience in coaching and mentoring is a plus.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

Experience in producing and reviewing client profiles.

Understanding of commercial lines of business.
