Position Overview :

The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and executing projects and data quality initiatives within the CDAO. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management,

particularly within Agile and Scrum frameworks. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope, while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple high-priority projects within the CDAO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives .
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project execution, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to changing project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both IT and business stakeholders , to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, challenges,

and solutions.
