Security Expert

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

The overall objective of this assignment is to :

• strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
• contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
• improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;

inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Key Expert : Security Expert (Host Country)

Qualifications and Skills :

Degree from military / law enforcement academy or in security OR 5+ years experience.

Managerial and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of EOM security equipment.

General experience :

Cat. I : 10+ years / Cat. II : 5+ years in mission security.

Specific experience :

Coordination-level experience in EOM or similar.

Security risk assessments and mapping.

Mission security budgeting and planning.

Security training delivery.

Host country / regional experience (asset).
