Senior Finance Associate

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our expanding finance team. This position is suitable for someone with a solid foundation in accounting or finance who is eager to contribute to daily financial operations, reporting, and compliance within a dynamic, international environment. Key responsibilities include supporting processes across accounts payable, receivable, budgeting, and internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, internal reports, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of expense reports and vendor payments.
• Maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Participate in developing and improving financial processes and internal controls.
• Assist in coordinating audits and responding to audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Product) to support business needs.
