About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve complex problems and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with partners to achieve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Native German speaker with good English or Spanish skills.
  • Previous experience in administration or back-office work.
  • Coordinated, organized, and autonomous working style.
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.
  • Valid Spanish work permit required.
